Family Hub

This feature, developed as part of my UX/UI studies at Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, is an extension within WhatsApp designed for parents of young children. It aims to help parents manage family WhatsApp groups more efficiently, addressing the cognitive overload they often experience. The feature includes daily/weekly summaries, quick responses, and organized views by children, events, and activities. An algorithm extracts important messages from the children's chat sections, creating an accessible story that allows parents to respond, set reminders, or forward messages. By treating parents as tiny managers, the feature aims to ease their daily management tasks, drawing inspiration from apps like Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp Business, and health insurance apps.
